One of the first decisions we made was to stay narrow. One aircraft, built properly, instead of a portfolio of concepts. The engineering compounds that way rather than fragmenting, and every hour goes into the same airframe.
Specter is dual-use by design. The same low-observable airframe and the same low-cost manufacturing that serve a defense mission carry a commercial and allied path, which hedges against how long government procurement actually takes.
We're in design and IP development, with a physical scale model in fabrication. No flight hardware. We'd rather say where we are plainly than let anyone assume we're further along.
