01Scope

What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Slade Technologies Corporation (“Slade Technologies,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through sladetechnologies.com and its contact, talent, and inquiry forms. It does not cover any separate site, application, or service operated by us or by third parties that maintain their own policies.

This site is an informational and business-development presence. It has no user accounts, no login, and no online store. We collect only what is necessary to respond to the people who reach out to us and to keep the site running and secure.

02Collection

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact or talent forms, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and organization
  • The inquiry type, message, or professional background you provide
  • A LinkedIn or similar link, if you choose to include one
  • Any file you choose to attach, such as a resume or supporting document

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and privacy-focused analytics record limited technical data, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. Form submissions also record the submitting IP address and browser identifier as basic anti-abuse metadata.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and you should not send classified, export-controlled, or otherwise sensitive technical data through this site. See our Compliance page before sending any technical material.

03Use

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and correspond with you
  • Evaluate talent and partnership interest
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the site
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not build advertising profiles.

04Disclosure

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who operate the site on our behalf, specifically our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) and our email delivery provider (Resend). They process data only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
05Cookies

Cookies and Analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. The site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use are privacy-preserving and report aggregate, non-identifying usage rather than tracking individuals across the web.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.

06Retention

How Long We Keep It

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Automatically collected technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes.

07Security

How We Protect It

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and we limit access to submitted information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send information through this site that you are not comfortable sharing by email.

08Your Rights

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Residents of the EEA or UK (under the GDPR) have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We will honor verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

09General

Children, Location, and Changes

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Slade Technologies is based in the United States, and by using the site you understand your information will be processed here.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the date below and post the updated version on this page.
